Description:
We offer short demonstrations in the sports of parkour and tricking, with the opportunity to talk to the athletes afterwards. Parkour is an art form that teaches creative movement in an urban environment, while tricking is an acrobatic art form that borrows movements from gymnastics, dance and martial arts.
